1-The student applies to the scholarship system at the Ministry of Higher Education through the link below for the purpose of obtaining the electronic application link

2- Attend to the university presidency building / Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations with the need to bring the following priorities:

A / electronic submission receipt

B/ personal documents

C / original thesis or thesis certified by the university and the Iraqi embassy or cultural department in the country of study with a copy thereof

D / disk A CD containing a copy of the thesis or thesis in the following form:

• A word copy of the thesis or thesis in full, starting from the title to the last page

• A word copy of the thesis if the thesis is divided into chapters

• A PDF copy of the thesis or the thesis in full

3- After completing the submission procedures in the department Missions and Cultural Relations The student uploads the link that he will obtain from the financial affairs in the presidency of the university on the link

4-Our department sends the letter or thesis to the competent authority at the university for the purpose of conducting an electronic reception examination, and after completion and our answer by that authority, we submit it (the percentage of abstraction with undertakings) to the Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations in an electronic form, and the Ministry in turn informs the student of this via e-mail.
